Founding Stars
The first fifty families begin their journey at $26 per month, billed every three months.
After the first fifty spots are filled, new families join as Stars at $32 per month.
Together they form the Star Constellation that makes the Tía-VerseTM.
The journey stays the same. Choose how you’d like to pay.
Every plan includes the full twelve month story delivered in order from Month One through Month Twelve.

Every family begins with Month One and continues in order from Month One through Month Twelve.
Yes. A three month minimum is required.
Each month includes anchor items that build on each other, so the experience works best when the full year is completed in order.
Your first box ships on the 15th of the month after you sign up.
After that, every monthly package ships around the 15th of each month.
Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
Note: The cutoff to be included in the next shipment is the 14th.
Billing also runs on the 14th for the upcoming month.
Subscriptions and prepaid months are non-refundable once a package has shipped.
If an item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.
You can cancel after the three month minimum is complete.
Cancellations apply to future months only and do not refund previously paid months.
The subscription ends automatically.

Yes. All keepsakes and printed materials are designed to be child-safe and age-appropriate for ages 4 and older.

Yes. You can send the subscription as a gift.
If you’re gifting, please enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
You can update your address anytime.
Please notify us before your next package ships so we can ensure it reaches you.
If a package is lost, we’ll help track it or send a replacement when appropriate.
Carrier delays are out of our control, but we do everything we can to help.
We will replace any damaged items at no cost within a reasonable timeframe.
Every child is different. The subscription includes a variety of stories and sensory treasures to explore, but we cannot guarantee a specific emotional response.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of subscription items once they have shipped.
